This is one story.

(February 1981, California) Phoenix Field airport in Fair Oaks had been subject to recurring petty thefts from neighborhood teenagers, so a security firm was retained to patrol the grounds. Thefts decreased sharply, but fuel consumption was on the rise. This puzzling situation continued until late one night, when a passerby noticed a flaming airplane on the field.
By the time the fire department arrived, the plane had completely melted into the tarmac. While they extinguished the residual flames, the passerby noticed a uniformed figure lying facedown several yards away. It was a security guard!

He was revived and questioned.

Turns out he had been siphoning fuel from small planes to use in his car. The plane he selected that night had a unique fuel storage system involving hollow, baffled wing spars. When the determined guard shoved the siphon in, it stubbed against the first baffle. No matter how he twisted, pushed, and pulled the hose, he could not siphon any fuel from the plane.
Exasperated, he lit a match to see inside the tank... and the rest is history.

Seperating from the topic "has anybody noticed..?", here is something completely different.

On Saturday I watched the movie 300.

With a really cool quote, "TODAY, WE DINE IN HELL!"

This is a such a guy flick but it has quite a good story about honour and bravery.

This story is about Spartacus King Leonadis and 300 Spartans fight to the last man against Persian King Xerxes and his army of over one million soldiers, while in Sparta, Queen Gorgo attempts to rally support for her husband.

The story is fictional and the fights are very graphical. And I mean graphical. Not for people who hate blood and gore....and internal organs...

All in all, I give it a 10/10.

Today, I saw TEZUKA: The Marvel of Manga.

Tezuka Osamu is mainly known for creating Astro Boy (Testuwan Atomu) .

Tezuka did not stop with Atom, however. He began turning out one hit after another with Princess Knight in 1953, Ambassador Magma and W3 ('Amazing 3') in 1965, Vampire in 1966 and Dororo in 1967. In 1967 he also began drawing what he called his 'life work' - The Phoenix - and creating comics target at a more adult audience.

Hurry Up
Change the cursor on the victim’s computer. Go to Start->Settings->Control Panel->Mouse, and select the “Pointers” tab. Then change the cursor to the hourglass image. Now the victim will think their computer is stuck on a task endlessly.

Disappearing Desktop
First, take a screen shot of the victim’s desktop (press the “Print Screen” button). Then open up a Paint program and press “Paste.” Save the image in bitmap format and quit Paint. Set this image to be the Desktop background image (right-click on the desktop, choose Properties, click the “Display” tab, press the “Browse” button, find your image, hit “Open,” then “OK”). Finally, hide all the desktop icons (right-click on the desktop, choose “Arrange Icons By,” then unclick “Show Desktop Items.” Now their desktop will look normal, but when they try to click on the icons nothing will happen!

Let Me Out
This trick works best on the bathroom door, but can be done on other rooms as well. Remove the doorknobs and turn them around so the lock is on the outside. Then push the button or turn the lock so it will lock automatically when the door is shut. The victim probably won’t notice the switcheroo and will lock themselves in.
